We are 7 partners and having approx. 50 staff. we are practicing in the following professional areas: Audit and Assurance: Statutory Audits of NBFCs, Housing Finance Company, Insurance Companies & Re-Insurance India Branch of foreign companies, Financials Services, Stock Brokers, PMS, Manufacturing & Trading Companies, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF),Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits etc. Direct Taxation including Tax Planning, preparation of Income Tax computation and filing of ITR, Scrutiny Assessment, Appeal matters for Individual, LLP, Corporates, AIF Funds Indirect Taxation: GST Advisory and all compliances including filing of GST Returns and GST Reconciliation Advisory services: Business Consultancy, Project Finance, FEMA, SEBI etc. Special Engagement: Public Issue of QIP, IPO, NCD, InVITs etc. Due Diligence, Merger & Amalgamation etc. International Taxation: Advisory, ITR filings and other compliances for HNI Non-Residents and Foreign Portfolios Investors (FPI) Company Law Matters: Formation of Company, Company Law Advisory and Regulatory Compliances of Companies Act, 2013 (ROC/MCA matters) We have vacancies for Article trainee.
