One of the leading names into Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Job Requirements Exp-7 – 10 Years’ experience into In process Quality from Electrical Equipment manufacturing Qualification – B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical or Automobile Job location- Halol, Gujarat Desired Skills: Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical component manufacturing (cable accessories, transformers, insulation materials, Electrical Components, Switchgear) Proficient in quality tools: FMEA, MSA, SPC, 7QC tools, 8D, RCA Familiarity with international standards like IEC, ASTM, ISO, and customer-specific requirements Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and Quality Modules Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: In-Process Quality Control: Monitor and control in-process quality during manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to quality plans, work instructions, and specifications. Process Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular in-process audits, identify non-conformities, and ensure compliance with QMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001), statutory, and customer-specific standards. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone. Implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues. Customer Complaint Handling: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address field complaints or customer-reported issues by initiating internal investigations and improving quality systems. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain quality records, inspection reports, control plans, and deviations. Generate and present quality dashboards to management on defect trends, rework, and rejection analysis. Support NPD & Trials: Collaborate with R&D and production teams during New Product Development (NPD), pilot trials, and validations to ensure robust process capability from a quality standpoint. Team Training & Development: Train shop floor personnel and inspectors on work instructions, visual standards, and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, etc.). Continual Improvement: Lead or support Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing initiatives aimed at improving yield, reducing waste, and enhancing customer satisfaction..
