For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Power BI Data Analyst. We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need tbe fluent in English.Tasks and responsibilities:Design and manage Power BI dashboards that convert data into clear, compelling visual narratives tailored for leadership and stakeholders;Use statistical techniques to uncover trends, measure impact, and generate evidence-based recommendations related to change adoption;Analyze data to uncover trends and measure impact;Collaborate with Transformation Data Lead and Organizational Change Management team;Support development of automated, scalable data pipelines;Communicate findings effectively;Summarize and report findings;Translate survey and feedback data quantitative and qualitative, into clear, actionable insights for reporting and continuous improvement;Work within Agile Frameworks;Profile:Bachelor or Master degree;+3 years of Data Analyst experience;Demonstrated expertise in data/statistical analysis with a focus on generating actionable outcomes;Technical skills include knowledge of database languages such as SQL or Python;Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for dashboard development and reporting;Knowledge of Databricks for pipeline development and analytics is a plus;Proven ability to translate content, metrics, and feedback into actionable outcomes and practical insights;Familiarity with change management adoption concepts and metrics (e.g., speed of adoption, utilization, proficiency);Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels, both technical and non-technical;SAFE Agile certification is a plus;Fluent in English;
