The Workday HCM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, providing consulting services, and optimizing HR processes. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, developing strategic HR solutions, managing employee benefits, and ensuring efficient use of the Workday HCM platform. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Human Capital Management, Human Capital, and Human Resources (HR)Experience in consulting and providing strategic HR solutionsKnowledge of Employee Benefits managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience with the Workday HCM platformBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant professional certifications are a plus
