Organic Cotton Mart is a D2C brand with a primary focus on designing and developing 100% organic cotton products that are sustainable and better for the planet.The Social Media Manager will manage and optimize all of our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Responsibilities:Ability to develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy that increases brand awareness through following, engagement, and ultimately, product conversionProactively suggest creative campaigns and themes that align and elevate brand storytelling.Plan and create engaging digital content across social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and FacebookResponsible for all aspects organic social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokDraft engaging captions that reflect the brand’s voice and resonate with our luxury audienceCurate and execute posts that align with our brand guidelinesMaintain a polished, high-end aesthetic that reflects the quality and exclusivity of the brandProactively manage and monitor brand perception and social media reputationAbility to create unique lo-fi content and edit into reels as part of social media strategyCollaborate with the photographer to utilize photoshoot materials as well as influencer content / collaborationsDevelop and maintain a posting schedule and content creation calendar that aligns with the brand’s marketing initiatives and brand strategyAlign organic social media efforts with paid media strategies, email marketing, and other website contentIdentify opportunities to feature brand milestones, news, and behind-the-scenes contentCommunity ManagementActively engage with followers through comments, DMs, and storiesGrow social audience and amount of traffic that leads to customer conversionRecruit and work with influencers for user generated contentRequirements:2 years of experience with social media managementExperience working with D2C e-commerce brand is preferredBachelor's degree is marketing or communications is preferred
