Our hands-on, mentor-guided internships help bridge the gap between academia and employment by focusing on live projects, structured learning, and expert guidance.About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst Tutor to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a tutor, you will mentor students enrolled in our Business Analyst Internship Programme, guiding them through foundational to advanced concepts in business analysis, and helping them build confidence and job readiness.Key Responsibilities:Deliver weekly live online sessions focused on business analysis tools, techniques, and project methodologies.Provide one-on-one and group mentorship, including feedback on projects and assignments.Guide students through practical exercises on stakeholder management, business process modelling, requirements gathering, and Agile/Waterfall frameworks.Help students build professional documents such as business cases and requirement specs.Offer career support, including LinkedIn and CV/cover letter feedback when needed.Ideal Candidate Will Have:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in industry settings (e.g., Requirements Analyst, Process Analyst, or UX Analyst).Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent communication and mentorship skills.Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and flexible scheduling.Experience delivering online instruction or training is a plus.Valid business analysis certification from IIBA (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or BCS (e.g., Foundation or Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis)Preferred:Familiarity with IIBA-aligned practices and tools like SWOT, PESTLE, MoSCoW, etc.
