Job Title: Account Executive – Railway Cybersecurity Solutions (India) Location: India (Remote / Hybrid – Major Metro Preferred) Industry: Cybersecurity | Railway Technology | B2B SalesOur client, a global leader in critical infrastructure cybersecurity, is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to drive growth across the Indian railway sector. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team at the forefront of securing railway systems against emerging cyber threats.The successful candidate will have direct experience selling cybersecurity solutions into the railway ecosystem and strong relationships with key OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers across India.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow strategic accounts within the railway sector, focused on cybersecurity solutionsDevelop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with commercial objectivesBuild relationships with procurement, engineering, and security leaders at major railway manufacturers and integratorsDrive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to closeCollaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to deliver client-focused solutionsMonitor and respond to emerging cyber threats, compliance changes, and infrastructure projects within the rail domainRequired Experience:Proven experience selling cybersecurity or OT/ICS security solutions to the railway industryExisting relationships with Indian railway manufacturers (e.g., Alstom, Siemens Mobility, Titagarh, Texmaco, etc.)Strong commercial acumen and ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder dealsWorking knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., CENELEC, IEC 62443, NIS2)Experience in a GTM-focused sales role within a high-growth environmentStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsPreferred:Technical understanding of OT, ICS, or embedded cyber securityFamiliarity with Indian government rail procurement and tender processesIf you are successful amongst the application process, someone from our team will reach out to you.
