In this pivotal role, you’ll drive operational excellence, manage high-impact projects, and ensure the Founder stays focused on top priorities. You’ll serve as an extension of the Founder’s office: anticipating needs, aligning stakeholders, and enabling decision-making at speed.The ideal candidate is strategic, execution-driven, highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. You’re eager to take ownership of critical initiatives and proactively solve problems to drive company-wide leverage.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support & Executive EnablementAct as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing strategic insights and helping shape company priorities.Own the Founder’s calendar: defend focus time, time-block priorities, avoid overloadManage inbound scheduling and optimise for strategic goalsReview and triage emails; draft responses where appropriateFollow up with internal/external stakeholders when replies are missing or actions delayedProofread important documents and investor communicationsProject Leadership & Cross-Functional AlignmentLead special projects and initiatives end-to-end on behalf of the FounderAct as a liaison between the Founder and department heads, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.Follow up on meeting action points and ensure progress trackingHelp manage key quarterly company initiatives with light-touch project trackingSupport OKR tracking and reportingOperational ExcellencePrepare agendas, take meeting minutes, track follow-upsOversee preparation and maintenance of SOPs, internal documentation, and operational workflows.Manage invoices and set up system integrations (e.g., Xero, GoCardless)Research tools, draft policies, and assist with process designLogistics, Events & External RelationsCoordinate complex travel itineraries, conferences, and investor/client visits.Proactively manage logistics for client visits in multiple citiesSupport investor updates, board presentations, and stakeholder communications.Content, Docs, & Communication SupportPrepare agendas, take meeting minutes, track follow-upsAssist in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and internal documentationCreate and format presentations and internal documents in PowerPoint/Google SlidesWrite and schedule LinkedIn content (using existing tone/style guidance)Assist in preparing investor updates and reportsConduct research (e.g., market, tools, VCs) and summarise findingsConduct data analysis using Excel/SheetsSkills & Competencies:Must-Have:Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills; able to manage competing demandsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort with technology tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting on behalf of senior leadership.Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal oversight.Comfortable with technology and fast learning of new toolsDiscretion with confidential informationBonus:Experience using HubSpot, Xero, GoCardlessFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for automation and content repurposingExposure to SaaSWork ScheduleAs the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime:Monday to Friday14:00 - 23:00 IST (08:30 am - 17:30 GMT)Pay & Benefits - What you’ll get in return:Annual CTC: 12 to 16 lakhsFully remote role
