This role will focus on driving sales for sustainable fabric solutions, particularly those made from recycled materials, and expanding our presence in the sustainable textile industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sustainable fabrics, a commitment to environmental stewardship, and strong business development skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s sustainability goals and drives growth in the sustainable fabric market.Identify and secure new business opportunities in the fashion, textile, and eco-conscious industries.Drive sales of fabrics made from recycled plastics, promoting the environmental benefits of these sustainable solutions.Manage key accounts and strategic relationships, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.Product Expertise & Market Expansion:Develop and grow partnerships with suppliers to produce fabrics of various specs. Promote the use of sustainable fabrics made from recycled plastic materials, educating customers on their benefits, quality, and potential applications.Stay updated on market trends and innovations in the sustainable fabric and textile industry, particularly in recycled plastic fabrics.Work closely with product development and marketing teams to design and deliver effective sales collateral and product campaigns.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and partners within the sustainable fabric sector.Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, product-related concerns, and after-sales support.Understand and address the specific needs of clients in relation to sustainable fabric sourcing and production.Sales Reporting & Market Analysis:Conduct market analysis and provide insights on sales trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.Track and report on sales performance, setting clear targets and ensuring they are met.Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in sustainable textiles, recycling, or eco-friendly products.Strong understanding of sustainable fabric options, particularly those derived from recycled materials.Proven experience in sales leadership, account management, and business development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce or similar).Qualifications and ExperienceDegree in Textile Engineering/ Sustainability/ Environmental Science, or a related field preferable with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.Knowledge of sustainability certifications and eco-labels, such as GRS OEKO-TEX, and Cradle to Cradle.Experience in working with clients in the fashion or textile industry with established network with suppliers, distributors, fashion designers, and sustainability-focused organizations within the textile and fashion industries.Proven track record of sales in the sustainable or eco-friendly fabric indu&stry, particularly with fabrics made from recycled materials such as plastic or post-consumer waste.Knowledge of the recycled plastic market and its potential applications in textiles.CTC:As per Industry Standards, Performance Bonus and Medical InsuranceDisclaimer-PFC is an equal employment opportunity for all employees and provides employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
