This is a performance-based role suitable for candidates who are self-motivated and can work independently with accountability.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (Organic/Inorganic/Analytical/Industrial)2–4 years of B2B sales or export experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industryFamiliarity with chemical specifications, regulatory documents (MSDS, CoA, etc.), and global buyersPrior experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or inside sales for chemical productsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHands-on experience using CRMs or lead tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or spreadsheets)Ability to research potential clients via LinkedIn, directories, and web-based databasesStrong organizational skills for tracking outreach, follow-ups, and sales pipelineSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with accountabilityKey Responsibilities• Identify and research chemical buyers in the USA/Europe (email/LinkedIn)• Send minimum 200 personalized outreach emails per week• Follow up with leads and respond to basic inquiries• Track all outreach and leads in a structured spreadsheet or CRM• Forward valid inquiries to the company for quoting• Build relationships with purchasing managers/procurement teamsCompensation & Commission Structure• Base Salary: ₹20,000- 25000/month (subject to performance tracking)• Commission: 5% of PO value (USD)• Example: $100,000 PO value/year = ₹4Lac commission/year• Payout: Commission at the end of the yearPerformance Expectations (Reviewed Weekly)Metric TargetWeekly Outreach Minimum 200 new contactsLeads/Inquiries by Month 2 1–3 valid leads per weekPO Conversions (Expected) 1–3 per month (by month 2)Tracking/Reporting Timely, accurate recordsWho Should Apply:2–4 years of experience in chemical/pharma sales, B2B marketing, or export coordinationFamiliarity with chemical industry products, specifications, and documentationStrong written English and email communication skillsHands-on experience with CRM, lead tracking tools, or cold outreach platforms is a plusSelf-motivated, target-driven, and accountableTerms• This is a contingency-based role with performance tracked weekly• No performance = termination within 1 month• Tools, email ID, and templates will be provided• Candidates must be self-disciplined, English-proficient, and target-orientedTo ApplyEmail your resume and a short note on why you’d be a great fit to:
