From luxury tableware and bespoke wedding collections to curated corporate gifting solutions, Ekaani has redefined the art of celebration and sophisticated living.As part of our ongoing efforts to engage with high-value clients—corporates, luxury planners, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)—we are looking for a persuasive and well-spoken Telecaller to support our Business Development team.Key Responsibilities:Proactively call and connect with decision-makers in corporate organizations, event firms, and HNIs from provided databases and leads.Introduce Ekaani’s offerings in a polished and personalized manner.Generate interest and secure appointments/meetings for the Business Development team.Maintain a call log and update CRM with details of conversations, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategy.Handle basic client queries and escalate specific needs to the relevant team.Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all client interactions.What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or client servicing—preferably in a premium/luxury brand, hospitality, or corporate gifting.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).Confidence, clarity, and a polite, persuasive telephone manner.Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment scheduling is a plus.Why Join Ekaani?Be part of a creative, growing brand redefining modern Indian luxury.Gain exposure to high-profile client engagement and upscale sales cycles.Work closely with an energetic team passionate about design, craft, and relationship-building.
