Perfect for early-career content creators eager to learn fast, experiment with tools, and build a strong portfolio.What You’ll Work OnCreate short, high-impact videos using: Premiere Pro, After Effects, InVideo, RunwayUse AI tools like: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, Pika to create avatar-based explainersWrite scripts, voiceovers, and visual storyboardsDesign carousels, infographics, and learning visuals using: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignExplore interactive design with: Blender, Canva 3D, CGI tools(Bonus) Support eLearning creation using: Articulate Storyline, RiseContribute social-media-ready learning contentWhat We’re Looking For6 months to 2 years of experience in video, content, design, or e-learningHands-on with at least 4 of the following: Video tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, InVideo, Runway Graphic tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign AI tools: Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, Pika 3D tools: Blender, Canva 3D eLearning tools: Articulate Storyline, RiseStrong writing skills, visual design sense, and a learner-first mindsetPreferred Background (Portfolio and skills matter more than degrees)Design graduates from Pearl Academy, Symbiosis, UPES, NSHM, etc.OR diploma/certificate holders from institutes like MAAC, Arena AnimationSelf-taught learners with relevant work and tools experience are welcomeWho Should ApplyFinal-year students or recent grads in design, animation, or multimediaCandidates skilled in motion graphics, reels, or video contentApplicants with a portfolio of visual work or digital contentWhat You’ll GainReal-world experience at the intersection of learning, design, and AIHands-on work with industry-grade tools and contentProfessional portfolio developmentMentorship and content strategy exposureInternship certificate and recommendation letter upon completion
