TheMany is looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Director to lead our growth and brand efforts in a highly specialized and fast-growing space: innovative information services for the real estate and housing development sectors.This is more than a traditional marketing leadership role. We're seeking someone ready to build an entire marketing engine from the ground up—from brand and content to paid acquisition and ABM (Account-Based Marketing). You'll collaborate closely with sales, creative, and event teams to drive real business impact.What You'll DoLead the development and execution of TheMany full-funnel marketing strategy.Plan and manage integrated campaigns across channels: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, webinars, content syndication, and more.Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads through high-quality content and outreach.Own the buyer journey and optimize conversion across touchpoints.Produce high-impact creative assets including case studies, video content, and event materials.Manage internal marketing resources and external vendors to deliver on campaign goals.Continuously test, analyze, and iterate based on performance data.What We’re Looking For5+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in information services, media, tech, or real estate.Deep expertise in digital marketing: paid media, automation, content marketing, SEO, and data analysis.A builder's mindset with the ability to execute quickly and iterate fast.Proven experience leading small marketing teams or high-performing agencies.Strong communication and storytelling skills with a bias for clarity and impact.Experience working in hybrid environments and cross-functional collaboration.
