Job Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across implementations, rollouts, and support engagements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Finance, deep functional knowledge of FI/CO modules, and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and stakeholdersDesign, configure, and implement solutions in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank) and SAP CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, COPA)Deliver full lifecycle SAP implementations, from blueprinting to go-live and supportConfigure S/4HANA Finance features, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Fiori appsAnalyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and automationCollaborate with technical teams to define RICEFW objects and provide functional specificationsPerform unit testing, integration testing, and user trainingSupport data migration, system upgrades, and post-go-live issuesEnsure compliance with audit and financial reporting requirementsProvide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and business users Required Skills:8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO ConsultantExpertise in SAP FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank AccountingExpertise in SAP CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPAAt least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementationsStrong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance conceptsExperience working with integration points: SD, MM, PP, PS, and PayrollProficient in Functional Specification writing, testing, and troubleshootingStrong understanding of local taxation and statutory compliance (e.g., GST, TDS)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skill
