Experience required- 4-12 YearsLocation- PAN IndiaProfessional with over three years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering, identity resolution, real-time customer profile management, and AEP administration. A strong understanding of data modelling, ingestion, and transformation within AEP is essential. The role requires experience in identity resolution and audience segmentation in RTCDP. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL for data manipulation and integration is necessary. Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and streaming data ingestion tools is also required.Key Responsibilities:1. AEP Data Integration and Management:o Design and configure data schemas using XDM.o Ingest and transform data from various sources.o Apply data quality rules and manage data flows.1. RTCDP Configuration:o Build and maintain Real-Time Customer Profiles.o Configure identity namespaces for linked identity graphs.o Enable audience segmentation and activation.2. Data Activation and Personalization:o Integrate RTCDP with downstream systems.o Enable real-time decisioning and omni-channel personalization.2. API and SDK Utilization:o Use AEP’s APIs and SDKs for data integration.o Implement streaming data ingestion.3. Governance and Compliance:o Ensure adherence to data governance policies and privacy regulations.Qualifications:· 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCDP· Strong knowledge of data modeling, ingestion, and transformation within AEP.· Experience with identity resolution and audience segmentation in RTCDP.· Proficiency in using AEP’s APIs and SDKs for data integration.· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:· Adobe Real-Time CDP certification· Experience with omni-channel personalization and real-time decisioning.· Familiarity with data governance and compliance standardsPreferred Skills:· Experience with other CDPs or data platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce CDP, or Segment.· Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Journey Optimizer.· Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
