Company DescriptionHighSkilled strives to promote healthcare careers and education among international students and immigrants to address labor shortages abroad.Role DescriptionCompensation: Freelance preference *** full time remote*** or freelancePlease apply only through LINKEDIN with your resumeJob description* Write and teach content, including, but not limited to: practice questions, instructional lecture/presentation, and text-based materials* * Create and teach a comprehensive curriculum for Nclex exam coaching* * Work with other teams to support current and new programs by developing materials, related to Nclex Exam* * Design and develop engaging, high-quality courses that cater to preparation for exams like the NCLEX.* * Lead a team of subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other professionals to deliver top-notch educational content.* * Develop support mechanisms to assist students in their learning journey and their transition to working abroad.* * Assists in the creation of individualized Next Generation NCLEX study plans, activities, and workshops.* * NCLEX Expertise: Familiarity with the NCLEX exam and other relevant certifications is a must.* Requirement:* * 2+ years experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or specialized tutoring support role* * BSN Degree Required* * passed the Next Generation NCLEX Exam
