We, in turn, work hard to bring out the best in them as we strive to help them find their spark and become the best version of themselves that they can be."Come join us in reshaping the future”.We are actively seeking experienced professionals for key roles from Chennai:KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION Functional / Technical Development and delivery experience with T24 and TAFJ R23 or higher in a multi-company multi-application server set-upPassionate about technologies, building robust and scalable interfaces and local developments Stake holder management – working closely with Finance, Ops, business change engineers, and project managers to drive and manage IT deliveryEnsure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycleMust have functional knowledge on one more modules: Securities (e.g. Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds), Cash Account and deposits (AA, AC, MM, FD), Corporate Actions (lifecycle and events), Payments (TPH), Fees & Tax (cross modules for Private Banking), EOX (Accounting, EOD/M/Q/Y job analysis and design), Credit Products (e.g. Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees including AA module), Derivatives (e.g. Options, Structured Products).Hands on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex and custom-built solutionWork collaboratively with team to achieve goals. Experience working in a Safe Agile environmentHands on experience in Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, SQL developer, Temenos Unit Test framework, JIRA, Job schedulers (AWA)Experience in usage of logging and monitoring tools like Tivoli, Dynatrace and SplunkDeep understanding of T24 COB and Services framework to build robust solutionsHands on experience with Integration & Interaction frameworks and Streaming solutionsHave functional understanding of Private Banking and Finance modules in T24Participate in reviews meetings and provide updates on project progressEffectively manage the development resources and deliveries from the squadFair understanding of the deployment architecture and infrastructureFair understanding of the Oracle DB concepts like indexes, SQL query design and Linux OS scriptsClient / Stakeholder Management (internal & external)Stake holder management – working closely with Finance, Ops, business change engineers, and project managers to drive and manage IT deliveryEnsure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycleSKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION Professional and Technical Professional Minimum 15 years of development experience in T24 platformsDeep understanding of the Private banking modulesImplementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processesExcellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks.
