Job Summary:Entry level hiring for all programs in [24]7 IncSourcing and evaluation of agents for all programs. Ensuring first day FLE are numbers are met as per plan requisites.Job Responsibilities:Delivery to meet the business manpower needs. Capacity planning, scheduling and operationsCritically examine the cost of recruitment and identify means to meet the target with minimum cost Brand and position the company in the market as a top employer in this industry with best practices Data analysis and managementTeam development including skill enhancement Overall brand management with vendors Responsible for early attritionProfiling based on data analysis Competition mappingResponsible for vendor development and management Explore innovative hiring channelsEfficiently manage internal stake holdersEffectively able to manage and deliver large hiring volume requests at short notice.Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience):· Education Qualification: MBA/PGDM Preferred (with Specialization in HR)· Work Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in HR with prior experience in the ITES/IT industry would be preferred. Team size minimum 4 to 6 members in his last assignment for minimum of 2 years.· Certifications (Preferred): NATechnical Skills:Good MS Office knowledge: Knowledge in MS ExcelCommunication: Excellent command over English, both written & verbalAnalytical Skills: Analyze the analytical thinkingVendor relationship: Good Understanding of the vendor requirements, be able to deliver all vendor expectations.Business Acumen: Should be able to proactively plan and execute based on the hiring standardsProblem Solving: Making decisions and solving problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity and riskDecision making: Is responsible for teams performancePerformance Management: Should be a team player and involve in all kinds of teamactivities and work as a team to resolve issues and get resultsPeople Management: Know of all Client Expectations and requirements, be able to predict future Client (Internal /external) expectations and prepare in anticipation.
