This role is focused on building and supporting dashboards and scorecards for sales agent performance, sales metrics, and revenue analytics. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, an excellent communicator, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom SQL queries (not tool-generated) to support business reporting needs.Work extensively with Amazon Redshift and Teradata for data modeling and transformation.Build and maintain dashboards and post-reporting using Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Tableau.Analyze and visualize sales performance, agent scorecards, and revenue metrics.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Ramp up quickly on existing data models and reporting frameworks.Integrate AI-driven predictive analytics into reporting solutions.Troubleshoot data issues and ensure high data quality and performance.Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift (this is a must-have).Proficiency in Teradata and advanced SQL coding (not just using visual tools).Experience with Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Tableau.Strong understanding of sales analytics, performance metrics, and revenue reporting.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the Telecom/Cable MSO industry.Familiarity with ETL tools and workflow schedulers (e.g., Informatica, UC4, Composite).Exposure to AI/ML concepts in a BI context.
