If you live and breathe ROAS, CTRs, and CACs, love storytelling with data, and know how to scale a D2C-first brand, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoPerformance Marketing:Own end-to-end paid media strategy & execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Optimise campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and retention—because we don’t just acquire customers, we build a loyal community.Drive A/B testing, creative performance insights, and landing page optimisations.Manage ad budgets like it’s your own money—allocating spends across channels for maximum efficiency.Digital Growth & CRM:Build & scale organic and paid digital strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.Own email, WhatsApp & SMS marketing—driving engagement and repeat purchases.Track, analyse & optimise the full funnel—from first impression to conversion and LTV growth.Lead influencer & community-driven growth—leveraging UGC & partnerships for trust-building.Brand + Content Strategy:Collaborate with the content & creative teams to build high-converting, thumb-stopping ads & landing pages.Identify and leverage trends in kids’ care & beauty to make Tuco the go-to brand for moms & kids.Constantly iterate new channels & hacks—because what worked yesterday won’t work tomorrow!What We’re Looking For:1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital strategy for a high-growth D2C or FMCG brand.Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads—you don’t just run campaigns, you scale them.Strong analytical skills—you love reading data, setting up attribution models, and optimising full-funnel growth.Experience with email & retention marketing (Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar).A creative, experimentation-first mindset—always testing new audiences, creatives, and placements.Passion for consumer brands & digital-first storytelling—bonus points if you’ve worked in beauty, kids' care, or personal care!Why Join wellopia?Category-Creator Brand – We’re redefining kids’ wellness and creating a new category.High-Growth D2C – Be part of a startup where your work directly drives growth.Ownership & Impact – No red tape, no micromanagement—just freedom to build & scale.Fast-Paced Learning – Work with a team that’s obsessed with innovation, community-building, and data-driven marketing.
