After being acquired in late 2024 by Haveli Investments, we are expanding the team across to forge new paths for growth across our product and technology teams and go-to-market. You’ll work with a very talented team to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap for AppViewX’s AVXOne platform.We are looking for passionate Product Manager who know how to define and execute against a product vision. You will work to create, own, and continuously improve strategic and tactical plans for your product. You will be part of the Product management team and will be responsible for owing at least one or more modules within the AppViewX product line.You will bring in strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, and technical fluency. You handle product backlog, analyze, elicit and define product requirements with the ability to multi-task, and work with cross- functional teams.You are a self-starter, is inquisitive; and brings in a "will get the job done" attitude and brings in a sense of humor to get through tough situations.What do we require?Proven experience in managing product backlog, defining epics and user stories specific to cybersecurity, particularly in IAM and PKI domains.Strong understanding of product vision and security requirements, translating complex cybersecurity needs into product features that align with customer use cases and compliance requirements.Ability to translate security problems into product solutions via clear requirements, specifications, and agile artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria).Collaborate with UX/UI to build intuitive and secure user experiences to build great products.You will define user stories, requirements specifications; and maintains the product backlogYou will be required to articulate the customer and business value to all levels of the organizationEngage with enterprise customers and partners through Customer Advisory Boards and feedback sessions to validate roadmap priorities and gather insights on emerging security challenges.Create prototypes, solution briefs, and presentations to communicate the cybersecurity product vision effectively across internal and external forums.Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to demonstrate product capabilities and gather feedback from enterprise stakeholders.Bring deep understanding of agile development processes, sprint planning, and secure SDLC principles to drive secure product delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Security Architecture, and Customer Success to ensure successful product releases.Monitor and analyze trends in identity security, PKI automation, cryptographic agility, and compliance frameworks like NIST, SOC2, or ISO 27001.Possess exceptional communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and Executive teams.What’s more in store?AppViewX is on par with leading global companies when it comes to the benefits it offers its employees, ranging from competitive incentives, health & wellness policies, saving & investment schemes, time off/sabbatical eligibility and dedicated L&D.What we consider equally important is the flexibility we offer our employees to – work remotely, define their own hours, and more importantly harmonize both work and life.
