Join our mission to make education engaging and accessible through creativity!Urgent Hiring: Motion Graphics Artists – 2D Animation + Graphic CreationWe’re urgently hiring Motion Graphics Artists who can not only animate, but also design the graphic elements used in the animations. This is a part-time, project-based remote role based in Gurugram, Haryana. You’ll work closely with scriptwriters and instructional designers to create clean, high-impact explainer videos from scratch.This role requires solid 2D animation skills and a strong eye for layout, composition, and storytelling through visuals.ResponsibilitiesCreate and animate explainer videos from start to finish using 2D motion graphicsDesign all necessary assets: icons, characters, backgrounds, infographics, typography, etc.Interpret scripts and storyboards to visualise and animate each sceneUse transitions, visual metaphors, and motion to enhance comprehension and engagementWork closely with instructional designers, scriptwriters, and project leadsIncorporate feedback quickly and deliver production-ready animationsEnsure consistency in visual style, timing, and instructional clarityRequirements3+ years of experience in motion design or animation, specifically for explainer contentStrong skills in 2D animation using Adobe After EffectsAbility to design your own motion-ready assets in Illustrator, Photoshop, or similarSolid understanding of visual communication, timing, and instructional flowComfortable with fast-paced production timelines and iteration cyclesBased in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, Haryana for a hybrid setupPortfolio/showreel demonstrating both animation and custom graphic creationNice to HaveExperience in educational, training, or instructional contentFamiliarity with tools like Premiere Pro, Audition, Lottie, or similarAbility to follow brand guidelines and adapt style as neededUnderstanding of visual accessibility (contrast, clarity, legibility)Why This RoleImmediate onboarding—move fast, work smart100% RemoteOwnership of your animation—from asset design to final deliveryHigh-volume, high-impact content that’s seen and used widelyYou’ll be a key visual storyteller in a learning-first production teamHow to ApplySubmit your resume and showreel/portfolio that demonstrates your 2D animation and graphic creation skills.
