Our mission is to design and create functional and eco-friendly wear that balance style, durability, and comfort.Responsibilities -Conceptualize, design, and develop our first collectionResearch and curate comfortable designs , color stories, and sustainable fabrics.Develop design sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings.Create detailed Tech Packs to provide to our manufacturers (including construction details, fabrics/trims, measurements, and sewing instructions).Suggest and recommend sustainable fabrics, trims, and finishes.Participate in design review meetings and work on samples as needed.Should work with brand until the launchRequirementsAt least one collection should be launchedStrong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and sustainable textiles.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.Ability to create precise and clear Tech Packs for manufacturers.Strong sense of color, trends, and aesthetics.Understanding of sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and follow deadlinesShould be at least in final year of Bachelors.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work flexibly and creatively on a project basis.Potential for long-term collaboration as the brand grows.
