Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Presales Specialist to support our sales efforts by identifying prospects, preparing tailored IT solutions, and engaging directly with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills suited for U.S. clients, a strong understanding of IT services, and the ability to manage day-to-day sales coordination activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Outreach:Conduct cold calls and cold emails to generate leads and engage new business clients, primarily in the U.S. market.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound communication, online research, and follow-ups.Schedule and participate in discovery calls to understand client needs and present initial solutions.Presales & Solution Support:Work closely with the technical and sales teams to design and propose IT solutions based on client requirements.Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and demo sessions for potential clients.Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical and commercial documentation.Client Communication & Meetings:Join scheduled meetings with U.S. clients to discuss services, project scope, and implementation approaches.Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and video conferencing, ensuring alignment with U.S. business communication standards.Follow up on leads, proposals, and clarifications with well-written, business-grade emails.Daily Office & Coordination Tasks:Draft and send service emails, manage proposal documents, and track follow-ups.Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) of all client interactions and proposal stages.Coordinate internally with operations, delivery, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in IT presales or technical sales support.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a strong ability to interact with U.S.-based clients.Experience with outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and email campaigns.Strong knowledge of IT services such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services.
