Job Description for GetFriday Accounts ConsultantRoles and Responsibilities:Handling day to day transactions, making ledger entriesBank, Credit Card, Inventory and other ledger accounts Reconciliation (BRS)Handling Accounts Payables and ReceivablesResolve bookkeeping discrepancies co-ordinate with the Team Lead and ClientsGenerating reports from accounting softwares include but not limited to Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow StatementsThe project’s progress should be under constant scrutiny and supervision.Education and ExperienceBCom / MCom / MBAA minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handling company bookkeeping/accountingKey Skills:Strong knowledge in terms of bookkeepingGood communicationCustomer-centricPlanning and time managementAttention to detail and accuracyStress toleranceMust be a team player.Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new thingsGood at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and basic Internet Research SkillAdded Advantage:Knowledge in working with QuickBooks, MYOB or Xero accounting Softwares and knowledge of “US GAAP”Bookkeeping experience in Auditor Firm (Chartered Accountant)
