Role: Technical ManagerYears Exp: 12+ YearsLocation: RemoteShift Timing: RegularJob type: Full Time JD: About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Technical Manager to lead our engineering teams in building scalable, modern, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in cloud platforms (preferably Azure), modern development practices, and leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Proficiency in Cosmos DB, GraphQL, and other modern technologies is essential.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor multiple development teams working on cloud-native and enterprise-grade applications.• Drive technical excellence, architecture decisions, and best practices across teams.• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery and scalability.• Oversee full SDLC, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enforce Scrum methodologies to ensure continuous delivery.• Champion cloud-first development using Azure and implement high-availability, scalable systems.• Guide and support teams in integrating Cosmos DB, GraphQL APIs, and other modern technologies.• Monitor project progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and mitigate risks proactively.Required Skills and Experience:• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong design and development experience.• 3+ years in a technical leadership/management role, handling multiple teams.• Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.).• Strong experience in Cosmos DB, GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices.• Hands-on with modern tech stacks (/Java, React/Angular, etc.).• Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.• Ability to lead technical design discussions and code reviews.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:• Azure or other cloud certifications.• Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD tools.• Knowledge of other NoSQL databases and data integration tools.• Prior experience in customer-facing enterprise solutions.Why Join Us?• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies.• Lead high-impact projects in a collaborative environment.• Supportive team culture and flexible work environment.• Competitive salary and benefits package
