This role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, client interaction, and business development. Candidates who perform well during the training period will have the opportunity to grow rapidly within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Learn and understand company products/services and the sales process.Assist in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.Participate in sales meetings, field visits, and product demos.Maintain daily reports and update CRM tools.Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.Collaborate with senior sales staff for mentorship and support.Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn, travel, and work under pressure.Positive, goal-driven, and customer-focused attitude.Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.Compensation Structure:Training Period Salary (First 30–90 Days): ₹10,000 per monthPost-Training Salary (Based on Performance): Up to ₹65,000 per monthPerformance-based incentives and bonuses applicableRapid career growth for high-performing individuals
