We are now hiring aUniversity Partnerships & Admissions Executiveto help grow our education partner network and bring in high-quality student applicants.What You’ll Be Doing 1. Building University Partnerships Reach out to UK universities, colleges, and pathway providers Convince them to sign partnership/agent agreementswith Studyinthe.uk Manage calls, emails, and follow-ups with international admissions teams Keep track of agreement terms, commission structures, and points of contact2. Student Recruitment & Conversion Engage with prospective students (mainly from India and South Asia) Convince them to apply through our agency , not competitors Guide them through university/course selection, documentation, and applications Liaise with university partners to process applications, offers, and CAS requests3. Admin & Coordination Maintain detailed tracking of university contacts and student applicants Assist with creating SOP drafts, documentation checklists, and follow-up messages Keep CRM/Excel/Notion updated with real-time activityYou’re a Great Fit If You: Have1–4 years of experiencein student recruitment, counselling, or university partnerships Have previously helped sign university partnerships or worked in an agency model Areconfident on email, phone, and Zoom— able to persuade and build trust Can handle cold outreach (this role is NOT just backend counselling) Are self-motivated and don’t need constant supervision Are fluent in English and based in IndiaCompensation Monthly salarybased on experience Bonus for every studentsuccessfully placed Long-term role with room to grow into a senior partnerships or regional lead role
