Job Description: We are looking for an experiencedBIM Modeler / BIM Architectwith a strong background in architectural design and proficiency in Autodesk Revit. The role involves developing high-detail BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering accurate design documentation for architecture projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage BIM models in Revit up to LOD 400/500 Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents Coordinate and integrate models with structural and MEP disciplines Generate model-based quantity take-offs and clash detection reports Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and protocols Support design teams with visualizations and technical documentation Update models throughout design and construction stages Required Skills: Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit ( mandatory ) Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and workflows Knowledge of LOD specifications and modeling best practices Experience in architectural design and detailing Good communication and coordination skills Desired Candidate Profile: 5 years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler or BIM Architect Experience delivering detailed BIM models for architecture projects Ability to work independently and collaborativelyIf interested, kindly share your CV at:vikash.kushawaha@Regards Vikash - TA Team
