The successful candidate will work independently or as part of a collaborative work group. In either case, the Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving Production and Non-Production incidents and escalations.Primary responsibilities: To carry out production system monitoring and take appropriate action when there is any issue. To provide first-level support to stakeholders to maintain the operational services To participate in deployments and configuration of project artifacts into the production environment. To provide support to developers and users in respect of the operational applications and/or middleware tools To be available to work in a rotational shift (CET time). To be available for occasional weekend scheduled activities. To be available on call for out-of-hours support when required.Required Skills:Mandatory skill set. Hands-on on IBM ACE / IIB Toolkit and IBM MQ Administration Strong in esql, XML, and SQL, mqsi command. Good experience with Oracle database. Strong in Linux commands and knowledge of shell scripting. Hands-on in tools like MQMON, rfhutil, WinSCP, svn. Experience in an incident tracking tool like Zendesk. Knowledge of sftp, web-API, and AS2 connection protocol. Experience in a large corporate environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions with limited information. Ability to take independent action and/or proactively resolve problems. Knowledge of incident process management, delivery methodologies. Experience in the Healthcare domain project is an advantage.Personal Characteristics:Must have a flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyand excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work with and empathize with colleagues and customers from varied backgrounds and cultures.Education/Qualification:2 to 5 years of IT support experience with the above-listed knowledge, skills, and abilities to work on complex technology solutions.
