Contract Opportunity: Workday Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant Remote with occasional travel | Full-time | ContractWe’re supporting a large-scale Workday programme and looking for aWorkday Recruiting & Onboarding Consultantto join the team.This is afunctional role- ideal for someone who can engage with the business, gather requirements, and drive configuration across both Recruiting and Onboarding.What you’ll be doing: Supporting the full lifecycle of WorkdayRecruitingandOnboarding Running workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements Designing, configuring, and optimising Recruiting and Onboarding processes Aligning with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless delivery Supporting testing, UAT, and post-go-live enhancementsWhat we’re looking for: 3+ years Workday experience Strong hands-on functional expertise inWorkday Recruiting and Onboarding Able to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders Workday HCM certification is a bonusStart date:ASAP Contract length:Long-term If you’re available and have strong Workday Recruiting & Onboarding experience, we’d love to speak with you.
