You'll play a key role in designing user-centered experiences that drive results, with a focus on our real estate and home services initiatives. While your core expertise will be in Figma for landing page and email design, a solid understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator will be a significant plus.Responsibilities: Design and develop visually appealing and responsive landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization (primary focus). Design and develop effective responsive HTML email templates that align with marketing campaigns (primary focus). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, development) to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, AI tools, especially in real estate digital marketing, and best practices for conversion. Contribute to basic graphic design tasks, including creating web banners and other visual assets as needed.Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Figma design, with a strong focus on landing pages. Experience designing & developing effective responsive HTML emails. Proficiency in HTML & CSS. Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles. Awareness of AI tools that can enhance design creativity and automation Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
