️Tool Designer – Plastic Injection Molding (Full-Time)Location:Pune Type:Full-Time Compensation:Competitive salary + Benefits (based on experience) About the Role:We are hiring afull-time Tool Designerwith strong experience inplastic injection moldingand expertise inUG NX with Mold Wizard library macros . You’ll be responsible for end-to-end mold design, optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tooling solutions for complex plastic components. Key Responsibilities:Design innovative, high-performance plastic injection molds usingUG NX Mold Wizard Create and manage detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and documentation Work closely with internal product and manufacturing teams to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) standards Troubleshoot mold designs for performance, cooling, ejection, and material flow Support mold changes, revisions, and continuous improvement processes Stay current with industry standards, materials, and manufacturing trends ✅Requirements:5–15 yearsof experience inplastic injection mold design Proficient in UG NX (Mold Wizard tools and macros) In-depth knowledge of mold components, tooling materials, and mold flow principles Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineeringor a related field Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities Ability to work independently and in a team across global time zones Nice to Have:Experience withmold flow simulation tools(e.g., Moldex3D, Autodesk Moldflow) Exposure totool manufacturing processesormold validation Understanding of ISO/TS standardsrelated to mold/tooling What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience Flexible working hours Remote or hybrid work options Growth-oriented work culture Opportunities to work on global projects Continuous learning and upskilling support How to Apply:Send yourCV and portfoliotohr@
