We are looking for acreatively driven and design-savvy HR Internto join our People & Culture team atALLEN Online . This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, internal communication, and HR projects — with a strong focus ondesigning communication assets using Canva .Key Responsibilities Designvisually appealing posters, decks, newsletters, and event creativesusing Canva. Support employee engagement initiatives — from concept to execution (both virtual & in-person). Assist in organizing events, trainings, and wellness activities. Prepare internal communications: announcements, recognition boards, birthday templates, etc. Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve engagement activities. Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and content calendars.Skills & Qualifications Excellent proficiency in Canva— you must be able to create clean, creative, on-brand visuals. Strong design sense, with attention to detail in layouts, fonts, and colors. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, proactive, and responsive to feedback. Interest in employee engagement, HR, and organizational culture. Basic working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
