The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of CI, CM, FICA, RAR, and Invoice-to-Cash processes, with proven experience in solution design, configuration, and implementation.Location : India (remote) Type : Contract (6 months -extendable) Experience : 8+ years Shift Timings : 9 am to 6 pm / 12 pm to 9 pm IST (Remote)Requirements: 7+ years of relevant work experience in SAP BRIM, with a minimum of 3+ years consulting Expertise in Convergent Mediation (CM) component – including relevant certifications and hands-on experience in at least 2 projects Deep understanding of agile best practices (SAP Activate or Kanban or SAFe or Scrum)Key Responsibilities: * Perform hands-on configuration and design within SAP BRIM, focusing on Convergent Mediation (CM) and its integration with other BRIM components such as CI, FICA, RAR, and Supplier Payout * Define business requirements and lead process design workshops, including scenario planning and flow mapping for BRIM-related functionalities * Analyze sales order schemas and design transformation logic for billable item generation using SAP CM * Create functional specifications, conduct prototyping, prepare test plans, and support execution of system and integration testing * Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with solution design * Document operational support procedures and provide post-go-live support for BRIM processes * Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather feedback and continuously improve solution effectiveness * Support the integration between SAP CM and other components such as Convergent Charging, CI, and FICAWHAT’S ON OFFER: You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
