Manage patient appointments, handle queries, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all visitors.Position: Full-time Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM Reports to: Clinic Manager / Chief OphthalmologistResponsibilities Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures Schedule appointments, coordinate with the optometrist and doctor Maintain patient queue, manage daily OPD flow efficiently Handle billing: consultation fees, investigations, procedure payments Verify and record patient demographics, ID, and insurance details Assist with basic counseling: Cataract packages, premium lenses, LASIK offers Answer patient queries in person and via phone/WhatsApp Maintain appointment logs, call reminders, and follow-ups Assist with data entry in EMR/clinic software May occasionally be required to report on Sundays for eye camps. Compensation or compensatory leave will be provided accordingly.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, BCom, BSc preferred) 1+ year experience in a healthcare/eye clinic front desk role Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English Basic computer skills (Excel, billing software, EMR familiarity) Pleasant, patient-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
