Our biometric screening and experience platform blends facial capture, machine learning, and patient-centric design to make early detection fast, easy, and scalable.We’re a mission-driven team working acrossSilicon Valley, Washington DC, and beyond— and we’re looking for aversatile designerto help bring our product and brand to life.The Role You’ll own thefull design stack— from product UX flows and dashboards to website visuals, marketing assets, and micro-interactions. You’ll shape both thecore user experienceand thevisual identityof a category-defining healthtech product.What You’ll Do ✅ Lead UX/UI for our core sleep screening and digital health experience platform ✅ Design B2B dashboards for clinical and operational personas ✅ Build and maintain our design system and visual language ✅ Design and update web pages, landing pages, and digital touchpoints ✅ Create brand assets for social, email, decks, and print (e.g. flyers) ✅ Design simple animations (e.g. Lottie, GIFs) for feedback and delightWhat We’re Looking For 2–5+ years in product, UX, or visual design (B2B SaaS, digital health, or startup a plus) Strong portfolio with clean visuals, thoughtful UX, and storytelling Proficient inFigma+Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, After Effects) Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced team Working knowledge of digital and growth marketing and websites on Wordpress, Webflow, etc. Passion for creating remarkable end-end digital expereinces and think like a owner Education:Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Arts, or related field — or equivalent experience Bonus:Experience in healthtech, telehealth, fintech, or healthcare marketingWhat You’ll Get ✨ Work across Soliish and other portfolio products Join a globally distributed, mission-driven team Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and clinicians High ownership in shaping both product and brand High performance team, supportive and collaborative culture, and tons of growth opportunity Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and location
