The design team’s role is to humanize and craft every touchpoint with empathy and support.About the Role We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our Product Team. If you love crafting beautiful and intuitive mobile experiences and have a knack for maintaining clean, scalable design systems, this is your opportunity to grow with a purpose-driven team. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to shape the future of our mobile app experience.What You’ll DoDesign Systems : Maintain and evolve our mobile design system to ensure consistency and scalability across iOS and Android platforms. UX Research : Assist with user research and usability testing, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and iterate designs based on feedback. Product Thinking : Contribute to product strategy by understanding user needs, market trends, and business goals. Visual Design : Create delightful, pixel-perfect UI components that align with our brand and usability standards. AI Tooling : Leverage the latest AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Chatgpt, Midjourney etc.) to speed up workflows and enhance creative ideation. Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life, from early wireframes to final implementation. Craft beautiful experiences that visually present the user interface so information is easy to read, understand and find. Keen understanding of visual design and user experience principles. User centered design and data-informed decisions. Thorough understanding of the design process to perform research, build workflows and user journeys, execute design with high quality prototypes and test mock-ups for feedback. Understanding and implementation of best practices including accessibility standards and human factors. Passionate and up to date with the latest trends in web and mobile application design and technology. Willingness to keep an open mind to learn new things. A positive attitude and enthusiasm. Passion for design and simplifying complex problems. A humble team player who is a great partner to work with for cross-functional teams. Ability to learn from your mistakes and absorb feedback Great communication skills and comfortable with presenting your designs. Open to take feedback and iterate quickly. Knowledge of modern design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite. Basic working knowledge of tech.
