We have trained 2000+ students globally and regularly organize engaging chess meetups and tournaments in Chennai. Our mission is to make chess learning accessible, interactive, and enjoyable for players of all levels.Role Description: We are looking for a passionate Chess Coach to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position involving online coaching. As a Chess Coach, you will:Conduct structured chess training sessions for students of various skill levels. Provide individualized coaching to help students improve their understanding and performance. Analyze students’ games and offer detailed feedback. Organize and manage tournaments and chess meetups. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that instills a love for chess.Qualifications: FIDE-rated player (minimum rating preferred: 1400+ Elo, but open to strong candidates). Competitive chess experience with a deep understanding of the game. Strong communication skills in English or Tamil. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to explain complex chess concepts in a simple and engaging way. Prior coaching experience or a certification in chess coaching is a plus.Salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)If you love chess and want to inspire the next generation of players, we’d love to hear from you!
