This is a fully remote role open to applicants worldwide.As an Outbound Sales Specialist at Evolvoom.io, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving product adoption among Shopify dropshipping businesses. This is a commission-based, contract (1099) position—your earnings are directly tied to your results. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects in online communities, and guiding them through our sales funnel. Success in this role means consistently bringing in new users, creatively leveraging digital channels, and fueling Evolvoom.io’s rapid growth. This position is essential to our sales team and offers a clear pathway to higher earnings and advancement.ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads by engaging with target audiences in online communities such as Reddit, Facebook, and eCommerce forums. Promote Evolvoom.io’s unique features and benefits using approved messaging and marketing materials. Use assigned promo codes to track and attribute new user signups. Develop and implement creative outreach strategies to attract and convert prospects. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize sales approaches. Mentor and support new team members as you advance to higher levels within the sales force. Uphold Evolvoom.io’s brand values by providing helpful, respectful, and non-spammy communication.QualificationsStrong background in digital marketing and/or B2B SaaS sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with online community engagement (Reddit, Facebook, etc.) is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Creative thinker with a passion for helping eCommerce businesses grow. Familiarity with Shopify or the eCommerce space is preferred. A Reddit account with at least 20 karma is preferred.
