JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop our company-tailored AI solutions in areas like code completion and code review assistances and improve the functionality and accuracy of AI tools Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of LLM features and functionalities To evaluate and support code quality initiatives (Ex: Code Review) Develop and deliver training sessions on the effective use of AI tools for code reviews and other development processes with standard KPIs to measure.
