We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Backend Developer (Specialist) who can build robust, scalable systems and help us power our platforms with clean, efficient backend architecture.What You'll Do • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and databases • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend systems • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices • Work closely with product and operations teams to deliver impactful featuresCompensation Structure This is a performance-driven or project-based role. Compensation will be aligned with the complexity and success of deliverables.
