This includes identifying key projects, engaging with relevant stakeholders, ensuring product specification and usage, and contributing to strategic sales growthKey Responsibilities: 1. Project Acquisition & Stakeholder Engagement Identify and secure private and government construction projects. Build relationships with key stakeholders: builders, contractors, applicators, architects, consultants, and approving authorities. 2. Market Research & Strategic Sales Conduct market research and analyze project needs, competitor activity, and trends. Utilize insights to inform territory-specific sales strategies. 3. Product Promotion & Specification Ensure accurate product specification and communicate product value through demos, presentations, and site visits. Promote Putty, Paint, Texture, and Tile Adhesive solutions to relevant decision-makers. 4. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong rapport with key clients for high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the point of contact for all technical and product-related queries from project clients. 5. Sales Reporting & Compliance Monitor territory sales performance and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure accurate and timely documentation across both online and offline formats. 6.
