Job Title:QA Automation Engineer – UI (Cypress) Experience Level:Mid-Level (3–6 years) Location:Remote Employment Type:Full-time Notice Period-Less than 30 Days only or (immediate) About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and detail-orientedQA Automation Engineerwith strong experience inUI testing using Cypress . You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications through efficient test automation strategies. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain UI automation test scripts usingCypress . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases. Perform regression, functional, smoke, and exploratory testing on web applications. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Analyze test results, report bugs, and verify fixes. Ensure test coverage, traceability, and reusability of test assets. Contribute to QA best practices and process improvements. Support manual testing efforts when needed for complex scenarios or early-stage features. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience inQuality Assurancewith a focus onUI test automation . Proficient inCypress.iowith hands-on experience in writing and maintaining test scripts. Strong knowledge ofJavaScript or TypeScript . Experience with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs). Familiarity with CI/CD tools likeJenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions , etc. Experience using tools likeJIRA ,TestRail ,Postman , etc. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes. Ability to debug and troubleshoot frontend issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
