Job Title:Telecaller (Lead Generation & Calling) Job Type:Full-Time Qualification:Any Degree LOCATION: CHENNAI Experience:Freshers & Experienced (Both can apply)Key Responsibilities: Research and source potential leads/data from online platforms, directories, and other digital sources. Call and connect with potential customers/clients based on sourced leads. Clearly explain our services/products over the phone in fluent English. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture potential opportunities. Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and call volumes. Requirements: Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong internet research skills to source quality leads. Confidence to communicate with new people over calls. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
