The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing building information models, creating and updating construction drawings, and supporting MEP design projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with architects and other engineers, ensuring compatibility of designs, modeling mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using BIM tools, and producing accurate construction documentation.QualificationsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools Experience in MEP systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design Ability to create and update construction drawings Background in architecture and modeling Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
