We’re on the lookout for a Viral Reels Scriptwriter with excellent storytelling skills, a strong grasp of English, and an obsession with scroll-stopping hooks. This is afull-time, long-term opportunityfor someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content go viral, and can write high-retention scripts that help our clients grow fast. What You’ll Be Doing: Writing high-retention short-form scripts per month across client projects. Researching each client’s niche and competitors to tailor scripts to what works best. Writing strong hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds. Mapping out the pacing, structure, and key points to ensure high watch-time. Collaborating with the editing team to ensure your vision is executed properly. Taking feedback and improving output consistently. What Makes This Role Unique: We’ll be providing access to a proven framework and in-depth training on how to write viral short-form scripts—the same system we've used to generate millions of views across niches. You’ll bring your creativity and writing skills to a clear, high-performing structure. Experience writing short-form scripts is a big plus, but more importantly,a strong portfolio is required . Show us you know how to capture attention and keep people watching. Who You Are: You have6 months to 2 yearsexperience writing content or scripts for short-form videos. You understandsocial media trendsand know what keeps people watching. You’re agreat storytellerand know how to turn dry info into engaging narratives. You can work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple scripts without chaos. You’refluent in English , both written and verbal. You’re detail-oriented and take pride in your craft. You’re hungry to learn, grow, and work with a team that’s been creating viral content at scale.
