This is apart-time, project-based remote rolebased inGurugram, Haryana . You’ll work closely with scriptwriters and instructional designers to create clean, high-impact explainer videos from scratch. This role requires solid2D animation skillsand a strong eye for layout, composition, and storytelling through visuals.Responsibilities Create and animate explainer videos from start to finish using 2D motion graphics Design all necessary assets: icons, characters, backgrounds, infographics, typography, etc. Interpret scripts and storyboards to visualise and animate each scene Use transitions, visual metaphors, and motion to enhance comprehension and engagement Work closely with instructional designers, scriptwriters, and project leads Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver production-ready animations Ensure consistency in visual style, timing, and instructional clarity Requirements 3+ years of experience in motion design or animation, specifically for explainer content Strong skills in2D animationusing Adobe After Effects Ability todesign your own motion-ready assetsin Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar Solid understanding of visual communication, timing, and instructional flow Comfortable with fast-paced production timelines and iteration cycles Based in or willing to relocate toGurugram, Haryanafor a hybrid setup Portfolio/showreel demonstrating both animation and custom graphic creation Nice to Have Experience in educational, training, or instructional content Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, Audition, Lottie, or similar Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt style as needed Understanding of visual accessibility (contrast, clarity, legibility) Why This Role Immediate onboarding—move fast, work smart 100% Remote Ownership of your animation—from asset design to final delivery High-volume, high-impact content that’s seen and used widely You’ll be a key visual storyteller in a learning-first production team How to Apply Submit your resume andshowreel/portfoliothat demonstrates your2D animationandgraphic creation skills .
