This is a hybrid leadership and technical role, where you'll shape the delivery, architecture, and scalability of Guidewire platforms while preparing for arelocation to Swedenafter the initial 6 months.Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers working onPolicyCenter (PC)andBillingCenter (BC) . Define and guidesolution architecturein collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Hands-on inGuidewire development, integration, configuration , andcustomization . OverseeCI/CD pipelines , DevOps practices, and deployment frameworks. Balanceconfiguration vs customizationto drive scalable solutions. Engage inagile deliverywith distributed teams.Your Profile 5+ years of hands-on experience inPolicyCenter and BillingCenter . 3+ years ofGOSU developmentwith Web Services, Messaging, and Integration frameworks. Experience inleading Guidewire implementations or upgrades . Deep understanding ofACE (Advanced Configuration Engineering) . Experience withDevOps & CI/CDin Guidewire environments. Proventechnical leadershipin agile delivery teams. Strong command of English (B2–C1 proficiency). Willingness torelocate to Swedenafter 6 months.Nice to Have Guidewirecertifications(PC / BC). Experience withClaimCenter . Knowledge ofdata migration & archival strategies .
