Job Description: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Preferably based in Khopoli – as close to the factory as possibleRequired Work Schedule: 6 days/week, Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in repair and maintenanceKey Responsibilities: · Repair and maintenance of: o Diesel and oil burners o Vacuum pumps, suction pumps, gear pumps, gear motors o General motors, mechanical seals, and gland packing · Quick installation and mounting of: o Gear assemblies, screw conveyors, bearings o High-pressure/high-temperature mechanical seals · Troubleshooting and reliability checks for: o Temperature and pressure sensors o Bearings and pipe systems (ASME and other relevant standards) · Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of rotating and static equipment · Root cause analysis and resolution of mechanical failures · Support in commissioning of new mechanical systems and retrofits · Inventory tracking and coordination for critical spares and consumables · Documentation of maintenance logs, repair records, and compliance checklists · Actively participate in procurement for sourcing mechanical components and services · Adherence to safety protocols and participation in toolbox talks and audits · Must be well-networked in the Khopoli–Taloja area, with strong local connections for sourcing parts, coordinating services, and engaging with technicians, hardware suppliers, and second-hand equipment vendors.Preferred Skills: · Welding experience · Familiarity with PLCs, HMI systems, and ladder logic programming · Knowledge of procurement and sourcing of mechanical components in the Khopoli–Taloja–Dombivli– Thane area · CAD designing and mechanical drawings for manufacturingSoft Skills: · Strong communication and coordination abilities · Proactive and dependable team player · Willingness to work extended hours during onboarding · Basic computer and internet proficiency · Regular log maintenance and adherence to online protocols is compulsory · Discipline and orderly execution are non-negotiable expectationsWhat We Offer: · Competitive Salary · Overtime compensation · Joining bonus for the initial 3-month orientation · Opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on team - in innovative atmosphere. · Exposure to cutting-edge industrial systems · Massive growth opportunity for highly dedicated individuals · Continuous learning and upskilling environment · Strong emphasis on safety, structure, and process discipline
